Valentina is a passionate leadership trainer, systemic coach and certified strengths coach with over 15 years of experience in personnel and organizational development, most recently as head of leadership development in a DAX company.
She focuses in particular on supporting (new) managers in taking up their roles effectively and in team leadership. She supports individuals and teams in recognizing and developing their unique strengths and potential and using them even more effectively.
Valentina knows first-hand the challenges of leadership and has experienced the immense potential of strong teams and employees who flourish in their roles.
In her consulting work, Valentina is often guided by her own leadership “top 3”:
1) Clarity in tasks, roles and goals.
2) Promoting a culture of dialog and feedback within the team.
3) Individual growth and focus on strengths.
As a native German speaker, Valentina can work in both English and German.
