Ruth combines a thorough understanding of leadership and development with a strong business sense. During her career, managing change in organisations was always on her agenda, be it in local or in global organisations. She delivered complex programmes with highly diverse teams. In her work she combines classic methods like coaching, mentoring or training with innovative and pragmatic applications of mental work.
She holds a dual degree MBA (USA/CH). She is also a qualified systemic coach and meditation trainer. Besides a background in consulting, she has 15 years’ experience in various functions in the insurance industry. Being a native German, Ruth can work in both English and German.
