Mark has 35 years’ experience of organisational development and enjoys blending highly experiential learning with the latest ideas and good practices to bring unique and powerful experiences to clients across the world. He designs and facilitates solutions in the areas of leadership and management development, talent identification, development and management, coaching and organisational change. Over the years he has worked with a range of top teams and individuals: identifying needs, designing and delivering development solutions and evaluating hard commercial benefits. An experienced coach who has worked with individuals and teams globally, Mark enjoys working across cultures and focuses on helping his clients achieve their personal career aspirations and business goals.
Mark spent 15 years in the Royal Air Force in a variety of training and development related roles and 8 years in senior OD roles in the financial services sector before moving into consultancy in 2003. Mark holds a Masters’ degree in Management Learning and is qualified in a wide range of psychometric tools.
