Using both her corporate and SME business experience Jo enjoys using a coaching approach to simplify the complexity of being a modern leader. With a keen interest in change and emotional intelligence Jo is pragmatic about supporting others to implement what needs to be done whilst ensuring the people remain at the heart of the solution.
Jo’s career in the corporate world was within one of the UK’s largest banks, working across the UK and Ireland, she held senior positions within the HR and L&D functions. Jo has worked in the L&D arena for over 21 years, holds a CIPD qualification in learning and development and is currently the CIPD Branch Learning and Development Lead. Jo is also qualified in ILM performance coaching, mediation, mental health, marketing intelligence, advertising & promotions
