Jamie’s focus is the development of individuals, groups and teams, at all levels of the sales hierarchy, from those new to sales to those at Board level, to increase sales performance.

The approach he adopts to learning and development creates sustainable change in people’s modus operandi as individuals have a positive response to the question ‘What’s in it for me?’ resulting in the motive to implement new sales skills and techniques.

The emphasis is on pragmatism: not just the ‘What to’ but most importantly ‘How to’ apply the learning at the ‘moments of truth’ when interacting with customers or clients.

A highly experienced facilitator, coach and mentor his specialist areas include New Business acquisition, Account Management growth and the impact of personality on Buyer and Seller behaviour. Jamie has designed and delivered sales training solutions for Business to Business organisations in the UK, mainland Europe, the Middle East and the United States.

Jamie has over 35 years’ experience in learning and development, including 5 years as a Consultant for the world’s largest sales training company. Jamie has a BSc (Hons) Economics from Loughborough University of Technology, has been admitted to the Register of Certificated Users and the Roll of Advanced Practitioners for the Kirton Adaption-Innovation Inventory (KAI) by the Occupational Research Centre.
