Mitch brings 30 years’ experience in managing, designing and implementing change and business improvement solutions, both in corporate management roles and in the past 10 years as a consultant. He has managed and led large and small teams, implemented organisational change, Six Sigma and Business Process Re-engineering projects.
His highly approachable and relaxed style enables him to easily open up and achieve results on behavioural issues in teams and this work is strongly underpinned by his specialist skills in project and programme management. His success working in multi-functional and multi-cultural environments has been achieved by combining his business management acumen and experience with the application of appropriate management and personal development techniques.
Outside work, Mitch loves walking his dogs and playing tennis, and is learning to play the guitar – being taught by his son, who is a real musician!

A skilled facilitator and designer Adrian has pioneered many innovative Experiential Learning experiences for major worldwide organisations and is considered one of the top experiential development experts in the UK.
He brings pragmatism and experience to his assignments enabling participants to focus on making significant changes that have lasting business results. His programme design is original, often surprising, always engaging.
Adrian is a tutor, supervisor and assessor for the Level 5 Award (Degree level) in Coaching & Mentoring for the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM). He is also a member of the European Coaching and Mentoring Council (EMCC).
Outside work Adrian has been a national director for Hockey Wales and is a keen mountain walker.

Mark has been a consultant for 15 years, following extensive experience in a number of senior L&D management roles in the Royal Air Force and the insurance industry in the UK and Paris.
He has worked with blue chip clients across the globe in the areas of leadership and management development, talent identification, coaching and organisational change, and focuses on helping his clients achieve their personal career aspirations and business goals. He has worked extensively with senior executives, identifying and delivering development interventions, and deploying his experience and strong process skills to facilitate strategy and team development workshops. Mark has a strong interest in experiential learning, particularly the use of the outdoors to develop leadership and management skills; and in teaching effective communication, adjusting messaging to suit different cultural backgrounds, preferences or styles and building effective relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
Outside work, Mark has a passion for UNESCO world heritage sites, and is a keen walker and rugby follower having played and coached in his younger days.

Andy has been a consultant for 10 years working with clients worldwide across a range of sectors. This followed a 20-year career in the UK Forensic Science Service, initially as a General Chemist and later HR Manager and Head of Learning & Development.
His pragmatic approach combines insightful questioning and a use of humour to surface and enable discussion of potentially difficult issues. He has a strong belief that development is more effective if it is fun but needs to be combined with genuine moments of realisation to achieve practical, personal and business benefits. His facilitation style is highly interactive and supports both collective and individual needs. Specialist areas include performance management, engagement, team development and HR/OD consultancy.
Andy loves to travel and experience different cultures, dragging his colleagues around art galleries, and also enjoys watercolour painting.
